What products do you offer?

We offer Ready-To-Eat products that use healthier cooking method - Sous Vide! Every pack of product is calories-counted, using natural, premium ingredients and strictly NO MSG, NO preservatives.


What does Sous Vide mean?

Sous vide (su-veed), which means “under vacuum” in French, is an innovative cooking technique in which food is vacuum sealed and slow-cooked in water at constant precise temperatures until it’s perfectly cooked. Sous Vide method of cooking maximizes the taste, texture, and aroma of food - keeping them moist, juicy and tender which is hardly achievable using the traditional cooking methods. Minimal moisture and volume is lost while cooking and flavour and nutrients in the meat are retained with sous vide cooking.


Are the Sous Vide packs cooked?

Yes. Our foods are vacuum-sealed in a food grade nylon pouch and fully cooked using the Sous Vide cooking method.


How long can I store the foods?

Each individual packaging is labelled with the best before date. We recommend keeping the food chilled (~5 ⁰C) for up to 10 days. If you wish to keep them longer, you may keep them in the freezer (~18 ⁰C) for up to 3 months.


Is GWS Gourmet Healthy Food certified Halal?

All our products are Muslim Friendly. We’re currently applying Halal certificate and operating a Syariah compliance kitchen. 


Does your product contain any food colouring/preservative/additive?

We only use natural premium ingredients and strictly NO MSG, NO preservatives.


Why are we calorie-controlled?

Healthy eating is all about balance. Each of the menu is specially customized and portioned by a team of experienced Chef, registered dietitians and backed by specialist doctors. The food we serve does not contain unhealthy fat, excessive sugar or flavouring in providing a solution to your dietary needs.


Can GWS Gourmet Healthy Food be delivered to my place?

GWS Gourmet Healthy Food currently covers most of the area in West Malaysia. If your area is not covered on the checkout page, kindly contact us through WhatsApp for delivery arrangement.


How to cook?

We recommend below cooking method:


Soak the pouch in 70°C hot water for 2-3 minutes OR

Pan-fry at low heat on each side for 1 minute OR

Use an electric cooker to reheat for 2-3 minutes.


Why is there a delivery fee?

Cold storage, supply and delivery chains are required to maintain the food's freshness and quality. We use a third-party cold-chain logistic service to deliver. Please understand that we use a third-party cold-chain delivery service to maintain the food freshness and quality during the delivery. We do not earn from the delivery charges yet we provide styrofoam boxes and ice gel packs for free.
